Additional Information

The Central Sands communities of West Central Minnesota have the highest incidence of pediatric pesticide poisonings in the state.

Due to local concerns, the Minnesota Department of Health will conduct a human biomonitoring project next year to collect information about the presence of common pesticides in people living in this region.

In this workshop, state experts will provide valuable information for local healthcare professionals who may see and treat patients after pesticide exposure.
